Toer de Geuze win campaign

These terms and conditions apply to the Toer de Geuze win contest, organized by: HOGE COUNCIL FOR AMBACCO LAMBI BEER (HORAL) Magnolialaan 1 bus 4 1600 Sint-Pieters-Leeuw Belgium VAT: BE0867.612.045 Hereinafter referred to as “HORAL”, “we”, “us”.

Article 1 – General

  1. Any natural person residing in Belgium is entitled to participate in this competition.
  2. Minors are not allowed to participate in this contest. Participation is possible only from the age of 18.
  3. Members of HORAL, participating breweries and gueuze producers, as well as anyone directly involved in the organization of this competition, are excluded from participating.
  4. By participating in this contest, the participant accepts without reservation all the provisions of these contest rules.

Article 2 – Personal data

  1. To enter the contest, you will be asked to enter certain personal information, such as name and e-mail address.
  2. Participants guarantee that the information provided is accurate, current and complete.
  3. Personal data will be used solely for the administration of this contest and communication with the winner.
  4. Participants may request that their data be amended or deleted at any time. In that case, their participation in the contest will automatically expire.

Article 3 – Duration and conduct of the contest

  1. The contest runs from [START DATE] until Thursday, May 14, 2026 at 8 pm.
  2. Participation is through:
    • Instagram (@toerdegeuze)
    • The official Toer de Geuze website
  3. To validly participate, the participant must:
    • Follow @toerdegeuze on Instagram
    • Share the contest post in his/her story
    • tag friends in the comments of the contest post
    • correctly complete the participation form on the website
    • answer the sifting question
  4. Each participant may participate only once.

Article 4 – Winner

  1. The winner is the one who:
    • validly participated in the contest
    • and has correctly or most closely approximated the shifting question
  2. If several participants are equally close to the correct answer, the date and time of participation will be considered.
  3. The winner will be contacted personally via email or Instagram.
  4. If the winner does not respond within 7 days, HORAL reserves the right to designate a new winner.
  5. There will be no correspondence about the outcome of the contest.

Article 5 – Price

  1. The winner will receive:
    • Oude Geuze from all 14 HORAL members
    • the HORAL Oude Geuze Megablend 2026
    • the official Toer de Geuze T-shirt
  2. The prize is personal and not transferable, redeemable or convertible into cash.
  3. HORAL reserves the right to change the price if circumstances beyond its control make it necessary.

Article 6 – Liability

  1. Participation in this contest is entirely at your own responsibility.
  2. HORAL cannot be held liable for technical problems, failures or interruptions that prevent participation.
  3. HORAL reserves the right to exclude participants for abuse, fraud or violation of these rules.

Article 7 – Instagram

This contest is in no way sponsored, managed or associated with Instagram.

Article 9 – Miscellaneous

  1. HORAL reserves the right to amend these regulations at any time if circumstances require.
